The Christmas Wrap Battle – Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Against The Grain Spirits Ltd, trading as Hirundine
Whisky.
Registered Address: 5 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2DP.

2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Proof of age may be required before a prize is issued.
- Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally
connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
- Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
- To enter, participants must sign up with their email via the Hirundine Whisky website and
opt into marketing communications.
- Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
- Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. Competition Period
- Opens: 3 December 2025
- Closes: 23 December 2025
- Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

5. Prizes

The prizes for The Christmas Wrap Battle are as follows:
- 2 × Scotland Rugby Balls
- 2 × Vuvuzelas
- 2 × Bagpipes
- 2 × Hirundine 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- Whisky prizes will only be awarded to winners who provide proof of being 18 or over.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- Winners will be contacted via the email address provided during sign-up.
- Winners must respond within 7 days of notification.
- If a winner does not respond in time, an alternative winner may be selected.

7. Prize Delivery
- Prizes will be delivered to the UK postal address provided by the winners.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays, losses, or damage once dispatched.

8. Data Protection
- Personal data will be used solely for competition administration and marketing where
consent has been provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, corrupted, or lost entries.
- The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation or prize use,
except where caused by negligence.

10. General
- The Promoter may amend or cancel the competition if necessary.
- All decisions made by the Promoter are final.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- Governed by the laws of Scotland (or England & Wales), with exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
