Shipping Destinations

At present, we ship within the United Kingdom only. We are working on expanding our reach to international markets — please sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after purchase. During busy periods (e.g. product launches or promotions), processing may take slightly longer.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Orders are fulfilled by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, ensuring professional handling and delivery of your spirits.

Age Verification

By law, alcohol can only be sold to and received by individuals aged 18 or over. Our delivery partners may require valid photo ID upon delivery to verify age. If proof of age cannot be provided, the delivery will be refused and returned.

Missed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If you are not available to receive your order, the courier will leave a calling card or notification to arrange redelivery. If the parcel is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we may charge for redelivery.

Order Issues or Damages

We take great care in packaging our bottles, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
