Hirundine 01 13 Year Old Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

Hirundine 01 was the first release from Against the Grain, a 13-year-old blended malt Scotch whisky matured in a single Sherry cask, a first step in the journey of a new whisky series. Released in March 2024, the entire run of 222 bottles sold out in just 90 minutes.

As the inaugural expression, it marked the beginning of a story defined by craftsmanship, patience, and a quiet ambition to create something rare and memorable. Though it sold out quickly, Hirundine 01 remains a milestone in the early chapters of Against the Grain.
