Hirundine 02 Peated Edition Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

Hirundine 02 was the second release from Against the Grain, a peated blended Scotch whisky and the first in our Peated Blend Edition series. Released in June 2024, it was bottled at 46.8% ABV in a limited run of 257 bottles and sold out in full.

A bold step forward, Hirundine 02 introduced a new dimension to the range, where maritime notes and gentle smoke were seamlessly integrated into a blend that remained sweet and vibrant.

As the series’ first peated expression, it represented both progression and exploration — a continuation of the craftsmanship and curiosity that shaped our earliest releases. Though every bottle has long since found its home, Hirundine 02 stands as a defining chapter in the evolution of Hirundine.
